You Beneath the Noise
For the ones who have tried everything and still feel like strangers in their own life.

When the noise quiets,
you remember who you are,
perhaps for the first time.
This is Living Medicine.
Not a treatment plan. Not a protocol. A different kind of encounter with yourself — one that asks your body what it already knows.
Beneath the Noise
There’s a point where doing more doesn’t get you any closer.
You’ve tried to figure it out, adjust, push through—
and something still isn’t landing.
This is a space where we slow everything down
and finally listen to what your body has to say.
If you’ve been doing all the “right” things
and still feel disconnected, exhausted, or off—
this is where we begin to feel what’s underneath the noise.
Not through protocols.
Not through performance.
But through awareness and your lived experience.
And when we meet it,
we stay with it—together.
This is not a session to fix you.
You’re not broken.
this work lives at many depths. this is one of them.
there are other ways to step into this space — some less demanding of the deep — quieter and lighter in touch — still listening, still real — just a shallower wade.
not sure if this is the right depth for you right now — just ask.
Embody Living
A 12 Week Living Medicine Container
Living Ness
this is not a program.
it is not a course, a curriculum, or a system designed to fix what was never broken.
it is a container. a room where the work of being human gets to breathe — where your body, your nervous system, your history, your patterns, and your potential are not problems to be solved but territories to be known.
twelve weeks of moving, feeling, listening, and landing.
not arriving at a destination.
the experience of coming home to yourself.
here is what is true about the life you are living right now.
you are capable. you are intelligent. you have done the work — the therapy, the reading, the retreats, the programs, the quiet private reckoning in the middle of the night when nobody was watching.
and still.
something has not shifted. not at the level you know it needs to.
not in your body. not in the way you move through a room. not in the way you relate to the people you love. not in the quiet moments when the noise stops and you are alone with yourself and what is actually true.
you have been understood intellectually.
you have not yet been met somatically.
you have had people reflect your patterns back to you.
you have not yet been in a room where someone could help you hear what your body has been saying all along.
that is not a failure. that is just not what was on offer.
until now.
this is for you if —
you have spent years being the one who holds it together and you are quietly exhausted by how good you are at it.
your body has been sending you messages for a long time and you have become fluent in ignoring them.
you claim your ailments like they belong to you — my anxiety, my IBS, my fatigue, my bad back — because somewhere along the way your symptoms became your identity and you are not sure who you are without them.
you are tired of surface level. in your relationships, in your conversations, in the version of yourself you present to the world.
you know there is a version of you that is more embodied, more present, more at home in your own skin — and you have caught glimpses of them but you do not know how to stay there.
you are done with programs that educate you about yourself without actually changing anything.
you are ready for something that asks more of you than your attention.
you are ready to be met.
twelve weeks.
one room. one practitioner. one uninterrupted container of time that belongs entirely to you.
each week we meet — in person at living ness studio — for a session that draws from every dimension of what it means to be a body moving through a life.
each session opens and closes with neurosomatic facilitation — hands on, nervous system led, body first.
in between, classical pilates and foundational movement. not as exercise. as inquiry. your body has a language and movement is one of the places it speaks most honestly.
woven through all of it — your human design and gene keys. not as theory. as living context. you will receive your own genetic matrix report and we will use it the way it was always meant to be used — as a map back to yourself.
once a month the room shifts. we sit down together inside what i call co.laborating ness — a relational thread where we surface what is moving, what is changing, what you are recognising in yourself and in each other.
this is not a curriculum. it is a container.
and containers do not deliver information. they create the conditions for something to actually change.
not what you will learn.
what will actually change.
you will stop waking up at 2am running the same loop and start recognising it for what it is — a pattern, not a truth.
you will begin to feel the difference between what your body is asking for and what your conditioning has trained you to reach for instead.
you will stop claiming your symptoms as your identity and start getting genuinely curious about what they have been trying to tell you.
you will move through rooms differently. not because you're performing a new version of yourself but because something underneath shifted and your body caught up.
you will have a language for what has always been true about you — your design, your patterns, your genius, your edge — and that language will change how you make decisions, how you relate, and how you rest.
you will know what it feels like to be met. fully. without editing yourself down to a size that feels safe for the room.
you will come home to yourself.
not as a concept.
as a lived, felt, embodied experience.
the details.
twelve weeks, once weekly, sunday mornings.
each session runs two and a half hours.
maximum five people per cohort.
investment — $8,100.
next cohort begins august 2026.
this is a cash based container. insurance is not billed and is not relevant here.
enrollment is not a transaction. it is a conversation.
if you are feeling the pull of this — not the idea of it, not the intellectual appeal of it, but the actual pull in your body — that is worth paying attention to.
there is a short intake form below.
fill it out not to apply but to begin.
a note from dr. amity.
i am not here to fix you.
i want to be clear about that from the beginning.
fixing implies something is broken. and you are not.
what i am here to do is see you. fully. without the filter of what you think you should be or what you have been told you are.
i have spent years building a practice that lives at the intersection of structure and story, body and being, science and soul. not because it is a clever concept but because it is the only way i know how to work. it is the only thing that is true.
i am direct. i will tell you what i see. i will not massage the truth into a shape that is easier to swallow.
and i will be completely, unconditionally in your corner for every single one of those twelve weeks.
if that is what you have been looking for —
i think you already know.

Your body and your life are not separate things.
They never were. They are one — expressing, reflecting, responding to each other in every moment. What you carry in your body shows up in your life. What you live in your life shows up in your body. Always. Without exception.
Your body is not malfunctioning. It is not betraying you. It is a mirror — of your relationships, your environment, the life you are living as a whole.
It is a biofeedback mechanism of extraordinary precision — constantly receiving, constantly responding. Always showing you exactly what you need to know.
The question is never whether it is speaking. The question is whether you are listening — and whether you meet what arrives with response or reaction. Which is always your choice.
Response is present and chosen. Reaction is historical and defended. Your nervous system knows the difference even when you don't.
Which is why ignoring it won't make it go away. Suppressing it won't turn it down. Raging against it — generally ineffective.
You already are everything you need. Learning the language of you — learning to move genuinely, authentically, and fully embodied — that is how life becomes more fluid, rhythmic and stable. More effortless. More true.
That is the practice. That is the journey.
This work has never been about fixing you. It is about supporting you in remembering what you already know — and learning, together, to trust it.
If something in you is stirring, let it.
